Returns & Refund Policy

✨EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: November 20, 2023✨


If item(s) meet all of the following below, a store credit (Wild P’s Southern Boutique E-giftcard) will be issued. No cash or original form of payment refunds will be made, STORE CREDIT ONLY.

• You have up to 7 days from when your package arrives to contact us for a return.
• Any contact made after the 7 days return will be refused.
• Items must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn. All original tags must be attached and all packaging slips included in the return.
• Refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card (Wild P’s Southern Boutique E-giftcard) with no expiration date.
• Shipping charges are non refundable.
• We are not responsible for any return shipping cost, lost or stolen packages.
• We do not provide return labels.

Refund will only be issued if item(s) are defective or damaged. All other returns will be issued store credit.

Any sale, clearance, BOGO, or discounted item is FINAL SALE.

• All jewelry, hair accessories, drinkware and swimsuits are final sale.

• If you received a defective or damaged item please contact within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number, first and last name associated with the order, item(s) name, and photo of the defect in the email.
• Any contact outside of the 3 day window will not qualify for a replacement or return.

WILD P’S IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN SHIPPED. If your package gets damaged, lost or stolen, you will need to file a claim with USPS or UPS.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. They will be processed as a return and a store credit will be issued.

Please note I try my hardest at providing the correct sizing and item(s) description for y’all as possible. All pre orders are inspected before going out. If sizing or item(s) did not come in as expected, you will be contacted immediately.
